Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades may be subject to feature limitations.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No, all our monthly plans are on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans offer discounts but are also cancelable with prorated refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wire transfers. Invoices are generated monthly and can be paid through multiple payment gateways.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours in monthly plans roll over to the next month, up to a maximum of 20% of your monthly allocation. For example, if you have a 40-hour plan, up to 8 hours can roll over.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our standard plans. The onboarding process and initial training are included in your plan. Custom enterprise solutions may have one-time setup fees for specialized requirements.
Can I get a custom quote?
